The leather loop is connected at the ends by a twist lock with a key-and-lock principle. By twisting the ends 180°, the fastener can be connected; when twisted back to the relaxed loop position, the mechanism locks. The inherent tension of the leather ensures that the loop can only be opened again by deliberately twisting it.

The leather strap is exclusively manufactured for us by the leather manufacturer RIBBAL. In a small workshop in the Lüneburg Heath, the finest vegetable-tanned leather from Italy meets true passion. The leather is precisely handcrafted there and combined with the clasp.

The Ribbal leather manufactory is located directly on the nature reserve of the Lüneburg Heath. In a small workshop, the leather strap of the Twister Pure is cut by hand and connected to the clasp. Ribbal produces exclusively in small batches, which means that each piece is created with a genuine focus on quality and durability. Craftsmanship that you can feel as soon as you hold the Twister for the first time.
Responsible material selection
The leather strap of the Twister Pure is made from vegetable-tanned Italian cowhide leather, chromium-free, natural, and breathable. It comes from a traditional family-owned tannery near Pisa that has been exclusively using this elaborate method for over 60 years. Hand-cut and connected to the clasp, this leather becomes a companion that develops its own patina over time, making it a unique item just for you.
