Terms and conditions for the "Charge-Box & Key-Box Set" competition

1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is the

(hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").

This giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram or Facebook. The organizer is solely responsible for the giveaway.

2nd participation

All natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are eligible to participate.
Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation is exclusively through:

• following the official Instagram or Facebook channel of the organizer,

• liking the giveaway post and

• Commenting with the desired color combination (optional: tagging another person).

Multiple entries are not permitted and may lead to exclusion.

3rd prize

Among all valid entries, a set consisting of a charge box and a key box in a color combination of the winner's choice will be raffled off.
A cash payout or exchange of the prize is excluded.

4. Participation period

The competition starts on October 31, 2025 and ends on November 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM .
Entries received after the end of the participation period will not be considered.

5. Determining and notifying the winners

The winner will be determined by random draw.
The winner will be notified within 5 working days after the end of the competition via direct message on Instagram or Facebook.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the claim to the prize expires and a new winner will be drawn.

6. Data protection

For the purpose of conducting the competition, the Instagram or Facebook usernames of the participants will be stored.
In the event of a win, the personal data required for shipping (name, address) will also be collected.
The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and will then be deleted.

7. Disclaimer

The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, failures or interruptions in the transmission that prevent participation.

8. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.

9. General

Participation in the social media competition means acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of participation at any time.

The organizer reserves the right to suspend, cancel or change the competition at any time (and for any reason) without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by law, the organizer excludes any liability for losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the promotion or the acceptance or possession of a prize.
All prizes are subject to applicable tax laws and may be considered a taxable benefit for those who participated and won.
