Competition terms and conditions

Conditions of participation for the “Charge-Box & Key-Box Set” competition

1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is

(hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).

The competition is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram or Facebook in any way. The organizer is the sole contact and responsible party.

2. Participation

All natural persons aged 18 years and over residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are eligible to participate.
Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation is only possible through:

following the organizer’s official Instagram or Facebook channel,
liking the competition post and
Commenting with the desired color combination (optional: marking another person).

Multiple entries are not permitted and may lead to exclusion.

3. Profit

A set consisting of a Charge Box and a Key Box in a color combination of your choice will be raffled off among all valid entries.
Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.

4. Participation period

The competition starts on [To be announced] and ends on [ To be announced , 23:59] .
Entries received after the participation period will not be considered.

5. Winner determination and notification

The winner will be determined by drawing lots.
Notification will be sent within 5 working days after the end of the competition via direct message via Instagram or Facebook.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

6. Data protection

To conduct the competition, the participants' Instagram or Facebook usernames will be saved.
In the event of a win, the personal data required for shipping (name, address) will also be collected.
The data will be used exclusively to conduct the competition and will then be deleted.
